Love this
I love this product. Who knew I needed this so badly. After workouts or sports I am drenched in sweat in my problems areas that I apply this in. The amount of extra sweat drops let me know this is getting the job done and I love it. There is also a pleasant scent.

This really works
I began using this product this winter and let me tell you, this product works. I am a runner who resides in the north east- Sweet Sweat Stick helped with cross training indoor, I really felt like I got a good workout in.

Easy to apply, works exactly as expected
I found this to be a very effective product during periods of intense exercise. I'm a runner which normally means there's no issue sweating, but I did notice that this helped sweat sooner and more in cold weather this winder (I've not had an opportunity to try it yet in warm weather). The gel is not tacky and it's simple to apply.

Not Impressed
I had high hopes for this but unfortunately I didn’t notice a big difference compared to when I exercise without it. It did make me sweat more but I also was not losing any excess weight. I feel it’s kind of like a sauna effect. There were a few things I did like such as the applicator to apply it was super easy to use and I really liked the fresh clean fragrance. Unfortunately, I will not be replacing the bottle once this one is gone.

Everyone needs one
Where has the sweat stick been all my life. This product is something everyone needs, because it really works. It is very easy to apply and smells good, it doesn’t make messes and you definitely see the sweat.

Not for me
I believe this is a great product for some people however, it is not for me. I already sweat a lot without help from this product but, if you do not sweat much and want to sweat more or are looking to cut weight give this product a try. Any gym member and or athlete can use this product and receive great results.

Nice workout gel
The sweet sweat stick by sports research is a good workout aid. It is a gel that is activated by an elevated heart rate and is recommended to be used under a trimmer such as the waist trimmer, but can be used alone under loose fitting clothing while working out, I find it interesting that it can be used before swimming or even using a sauna. The gel absorbs nicely but leaves a slight oily sheen on the skin and the one major downfall to this product is the scent. I think a lot more people would use this if it were unscented but can understand why it would be so scented.

Excited to get extra sweaty!
Admittedly, I have not used this product yet, however as part of my “new year, new me”resolutions I definitely plan to add to my routine to maximize my workouts. The product claims that it’s activated by your elevated heart rate and best when used during cardio or HIIT. I’ll for sure be rubbing this all over my tummy after putting on some holiday weight!

It will definitely make you sweat! I didn’t measure my inches so I’m not sure if it has effected my inch lost but I definitely am drenched! I wear it with wrap and waist trainer when working out. I definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Interesting product
The sweat stick is an interesting product and I'm not sure how much I will actually use it but I do like it. It goes on smooth and feels nice. I did a normal workout after and felt great.

Sweat it out
I use this in conjunction with the waist trimmer and it definitely helps you sweat more. It has a light coconut scent, which I enjoy.

Sweat Stick
I have used Sports Research sweet sweat stick while working out to make my workouts more intense. Apply without any other creams and wear semi-loose clothing to get a good sweat in. I like the stick better than the gel/cream version.

Works Really Well
The sweet sweat stick is amazing. It is a great addition to any workout. If you like to sweat it out, it is even greater. I love how easy it is to apply and that in stick form, I do not have to get it on my hands.

Works amazing helped me lose weight
I used this with a waistband slimmer and started counting macros and was able to lose 10lbs before my wedding. I gained it back on the honeymoon but am ready to get back to use the product more and shed the weight off again

Nice product
This product was easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked using the product because it was not greasy like I thought it would be upon opening it. It has a very mild smell.
