Do not buy gift cards online from Target
If i could give a zero i would. Do not purchase gifts cards online from Target. Thought it would be safer,more secure and more helpful if there were issues but we did have an issue with a card code not working and their customer service is no help at all. Have been in contact with them since Christmas since we found out there is an issue, keep getting forwarded to next person who tells me the same thing and told to just keep waiting. Their “gift cards specialist” don’t say anything helpful except “ we’ll contact you when there’s a resolution”. Have talked to 6 different people and not one helpful at all

Email gift card did not work. No code or pin was provided through email. Zero instructions. This was my nephew's Christmas gift, it was a waste of time and money. I ended up venmoing him so he could enjoy a Spotify membership. Still trying to get a refund from Target.

Would love to rate the actual item but I can’t because I never received it. USPS lost my package and apparently Target’s policy is to never replace or refund gift cards even when they are lost through their own shipping. So bottom line DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET. Special shoutout to Sophia in customer service for being exceptionally rude.
