The 10 year warranty is a joke. Our cage ripped and separated from the zipper after only 5 years. The Company denied the warranty claim based on "normal wear and tear", an arbitrary standard under which they can deny any claim. Total joke!

This trampoline is awesome! Kids love it! Highly recommend! But recommend getting someone to put it up! We found it pretty difficult!

We had an old Olympic one which had superior bounce, it's hard to go to a black mat now but can do some flips on this one as it has a net so that is good. We got the blue and the colour is really lovely.

Not sure why Target lists the retail price ($2400) way over what the springfree website lists it as ($1999). Seems like they’ve inflated the retail price to make their “sale” look better…the sale price is the same on the manufacturers website, who is also offering free shipping. Seems a bit deceptive.

I wish I could give zero rating!!! Please don’t fall into these people warranty statements… The only reason I got this for their warranty… it says 10 year warranty. Mine is just three year old but they’re not covering anything. for the price I paid on this I would have bought at least five trampoline. which I can throw away every three years and get a new one.

Horrible installation. The plastic rod holders sink into the spongy material. For 2500$ You’d think the edges could be reinforced. To clarify, once you sink one rod, you need to take the entire thing apart and start over.

Beware: every kid within a 2 mile radius will be begging to jump on your awesome trampoline! Lol! We love ours and indeed, it’s the “rolls Royce” of tramps and feels so much safer than a traditional kind.
