Q: I've just assembled this, and I was able to use the level to raise it up all the way, but it will not release and lower back down. Are there further instructions for how to lower the stand?

A: Thank you for your message! To lower the desk, please make sure that the height adjustment lever is fully lifted and held in the unlocked position. While holding the lever up, try applying gentle but firm downward pressure on the desktop — this can help release the mechanism.
