Hard to open, not easy for use. My daughter is struggling everytime she wants to drink because its never easy to open the straw. I got this one to fit in her school bag with the top holder but the side solder is much easier but not fitting in the side bag pocket

Love the look and sturdy handle. However it does not hold ice at all. Filled with ice and water and ice starts melting immediately. Super disappointed because I really like the design but who wants to drink warm water. Not me!

I love the look of the tumbler and the personalization. It keeps my drink really cold. However it doesn't fit in my cup holders in the back seat. If I lay it on it's side It leaks everywhere. I think it should be watertight even on it's side.
