Poor

Took forever to get, and arrived in a box with no packing materials and the toy's face was dirty.

Cute, but beware of shipping miscare.

It’s adorable! But shipping was careless. He came with a few scuff marks because of the improper care of packaging. It was disappointing to have to try my best to rub those scuff marks off his little face. Thankfully the marks were able to be removed, but his left eye did become scratched during shipping, resulting in a light haze over parts of his glossy eye. Adding bubble wrap to the box could have easily prevent the issue.
