Q: Is there a button the pops the actual saber up and down or do you have to pull it up with your hands. If it's retractable that would be cool.

A: You have to flick the light sabre. It’s like a telescope mechanism, it compacts down and then you flick (like casting a fishing line) to extend it.

Q: How does this lightsabers colour mechanism work because I want to get it but I also want to know how the key feature works. Does the second crystal light up the hilt? Does it change the blade colour?

Great Light Saber for Star Wars Fans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. We are big Star Wars fans in my house, so this light saber is a great fit! My only problem with it is the little gem rocks that come with it to change it colors. It's hard to keep track of them (and truly I haven't seen them since we opened up the toy!). But otherwise my kids love that it lights up and it's a pretty solid you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my son did like this toy so it gets five stars for entertainment I took off a star because it is really loud and you’re not able to change the volume. Also, you do have to have a little tiny screwdriver and you have to have battery so that also supported my Reasoning for taking off a full star because I feel like toy company should include all the batteries with toys. There are little parts, but that just not big of a deal you can put them in his Ziploc bag but then when they get lost, that’s frustrating so maybe a little holder to come with it would’ve been great to put in the handle part But my 10-year-old did like playing with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is way cooler than lightsabers when I was a kid! You can’t take have any color light just by putting certain crystals inside of it. It has sounds and my kids get a kick out of it. I like the crystals a lot it actually saves you money to get this one in case your kid decides they no longer want to be a certain character or on a certain team. It’s fun!

A major hit for our super creative little girl!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this lightsaber was pretty cool! It comes with many different crystals to put inside, which creates the different colors that light up. It makes noise when you hit something and the colors transform. Seems very durable as I watched the kids play with it. It's great for any stsrwars fans.

Kids love it!

I didn't know whether my oldest would like this but I still chose this item because I want my kids to learn about new things. Now my oldest started learning more about Star Wars and has become a fan! I didn't get to take a before picture because as soon as I opened the package, my oldest got the light saber and started opening it right away. He has fun putting in the crystals and seeing all the different colors the light saber glows. My one year old also loves this! There's times they fight over it. It's really sturdy too, as both my kids are feral and the light saber isn't broken anywhere. It has survived being thrown, swung against walls, smacking grown adults, by a four year old and a one year old.

Star Wars Power Crystal Lightsaber – A Must for Fa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, you guys… I have to talk about this Star Wars Power Crystal Lightsaber because it honestly surprised me. First off, it feels way sturdier than I expected—it’s not one of those flimsy toy lightsabers. It actually has some weight to it, which makes it feel more “real” if that makes sense. The coolest part for me is the crystal. You pop it in and it lights up, and the glow changes depending on which crystal you use. It seriously gives off that Jedi/Sith vibe, and it just makes the whole thing way more fun. The blade lights up nice and bright, and the sound effects are really good too—ignition, clash, humming—it makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a duel. My kids love it, but honestly, I think it’s just as cool for collectors. It’s something I’d happily display on a shelf, but also something fun enough to actually play with. Overall, I’d say if you’re into Star Wars—whether it’s for your kids or for yourself—this one is worth picking up. It’s interactive, it looks awesome, and it feels like you’re holding a little piece of the galaxy in your hands.

Durable /safe/ lightweight/fun!

From the minute we opened the star wars lightsaber it was a total hit with so much excitement and anticipation! And my goodness not only was it amazing but also loads of fun from switching the gems((so easy)) to seeing what color and sounds it was going to make next! The girls absolutely loved it and also got the dog involved by chasing him with it ! As taking turns chasing each other as well as whacking me a few times that’s how I can honestly say this product is safe and so much fun ! Oh the laughter and memories made that day was absolutely priceless! The quality is amazing very durable yet lightweight! I have to admit after the girls was tired out it was finally my turn yes I had loads of fun also!! I will definitely be purchasing another one because now they each want their own!!!!!!! I did purchase a little snap container so they could keep the crystal stones in so they wouldn’t lose them ! I highly recommend this amazing product to my family/ friends/ everyone !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lightsaber was so cool and fun! My girls played with it for hours switching the gems to see what would happen next. It isn’t too hard so if someone accidentally got knocked with it I don’t think it cause injury. But also it doesn’t feel like it will break with play! I think we will get to enjoy this toy for a long time! My only comment I would say is there is no place to store the gems which would be nice since they are small.

Sturdy lightsaber

Such a great toy entertainment for kids & for a gift. Safety wise the gems are small enough so be aware it does have a age requirement 4+. My child loves this toy very much worth it.
