The result is an outstanding release performance, 3x better than traditional nonstick cookware. This 12-In. Deep Fry Pan is made with an extra-thick forged aluminum base for optimal heat distribution and even cooking. Its Bakelite handle is oven safe up to 350°F, with or without the lid. Now with removeable handle
The handle broke off in normal use. Poor design snapped off. Had it for about 8 months. Otherwise it was a good cooking surface, just hard to hold onto.
