This is a re-order of my first order. I was blown away by the quality and tasts of my first order. I am so pleased yu carry spices from Indonesia as I have found them the best in the world. Many thanks for this tasty product at a good price. The packaging keeps it very fresh.

my middle daughter bakes a lot. during farm market season she regular bakes and sells out of cinnamon bread. we've priced good cinnamon at a lot of places. this stuff is the best. and it's a great value! also, when we run out of syrup for waffles, etc., mixing equal parts cinnamon with powdered sugar in a fine mesh shaker can works great. also great topping when middle daughter makes fresh beignets. by the way, we found that finely grinding turbinado sugar in coffee bean grinder works great for powdered sugar with a hint of coffee - add the cinnamon to that and wow!

I use a lot of cinnamon so I couldn't really afford good organic cinnamon... until I found this one. It really fits the bill. I will use this and buy more.

Cassia tastes better to me than Celon which is supposed to be free of a chemical that might be hard on the liver if you use too much. But it mixes with protein shakes and home-made pancake batter.

Both my husband and I use this delicious cinnamon on our cereal every morning. We love it and feel it is helping us. The price is great and it is organic!

Lots of good Cinnamon here. I use a lot of Cinnamon, so it is good for me to be able to get it in a large package. This one pound bag works great. I find this Organic Cinnamon from Starwest Botanicals as good as, if not better than, any other quality Cinnamon I get from the local stores. Only the price on this Starwest Organic Cinnamon from Swanson Health Products is far better than others. That being said, I prefer the Vietnamese Cinnamon that I buy from Swanson, also in a one pound bag. To me, it is the best Cinnamon I've ever enjoyed. It sells for more than double the price of this product, but I go for it anyway, because it is so good. I needed Cinnamon, and the Vietnamese Cinnamon was unavailable from Swanson, so I got this one. I have to say that I am satisfied. This is a good product. As I mentioned above, it's at least as good as the best available locally around here, and better than all the rest. The best Cinnamon available in stores around here costs quite a bit more than this Starwest Organic Cinnamon runs from Swanson, and I don't believe any of the local stuff is even organic. Heck, it may not even be pure Cinnamon, I don't know. So here's another plus for this one. If you don't want to pay more than double the price of this product, even from Swanson, then go with this one. You will like it, and you will like the price. I just got a notice from Swanson that they have the Vietnamese Cinnamon back in stock. So it is already in my next Swanson order that I am putting together. Works for me.

After reading articles about the good effects of cinnamon & honey I've begun stirring a few tablespoons of cinnamon into a jar of honey to keep handy for toast, etc. Getting it in bulk for a good price makes it easier to use it generously, and it certainly tastes wonderful. We usually choose it over other spreads!

But hopefully for the benefit of somebody reading this, I'll say some more. When I first got this pound of cinnamon, one of my first thoughts were, "Hmmmm.... this cinnamon cannot be decent quality for the price it was", I was pleasantly surprised. The cinnamon powder had an aroma that smelled like there was a nice amount of naturally-occurring cinnamon oil in it. The taste was pleasant, and not too overpowering, and the cinnamon is a fine powder in the bag. Now the bag is a bit unwieldy, so I'm eyeing my almost used-up container for my whey protein powder, as my 1 pound of organic cinnamon's new home, rent-free. There is also a scooper cup for the whey powder that might be useful still. I'm also thinking of putting some cinnamon in something like a salt-shaker, so I don't have to disturb the big container as often, thus preserving the cinnamon's freshness longer. Bottom line: If you want a lot of cinnamon that's organic and really cheap, here is an option for you. If you don't want this much, but the price is so low you might not want to pass this up, share some with your family and friends. =)

This is high-quality cinnamon powder at a sweet price point.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and aromatic this cinnamon was when I first opened the package. So far, the package also reseals pretty easily so you can keep it fresh. Too many other products have poor resealability due to inadequate design or bad quality control. I also found this cinnamon was less expensive than what I had been buying previously. I am pleased all around!

This cinnamon is an excellent value, is well packaged, and has a good, strong aroma. I use about 1/2 teaspoon in every pot of French press coffee I make.

I love the price for a pound of this cinnamon! It has a great smell and the flavor took me back to the candy fireballs that I used to eat when I was younger. It seems to be a little hotter/spicy as opposed to a different brand I had that was more nutty. The starwest bags can occasionally be a pain, but I still think this is a great buy.

This is a good, fresh cinnamon at a great price. One of those no brainer buys that is thrifty, good quality and requires no further thought. Simplify!

Good product and a great price! I use this when I can't get the better cinnamon powder.

I use this big bag to refill my shaker bottle. Even picky hubby likes the flavor of this cinnamon and lets me put a half teaspoon in his smoothie every morning.
