This ginger powder is very strong as evidenced by its strong gingery smell from the package. Most powdered ginger does not have a strong smell.

I like this instead of making Ginger Tea. It is so easy to put a Quarter teaspoon in my Matcha Tea and mixes very easily. I usually consume a teaspoon a day and it last for a long time.

When I work out in the morning I used to get a very queezy stomach. I mix a heaping tsp. and a tbs. of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water and I haven't had any stomach problems at all.

I can not be without this ginger ever! If I have any digestive issues I just put a half a teaspoon or more in a cup of warm water and I feel better very quickly. Fresh ginger is great but it is hard to find organic where I live, so this is perfect. I also sprinkle some in my protein shakes to aid in digestion too.
