Marshmallow Root Cut & Sifted Organic 1 lb
I ordered three items: Marshmallow Root Cut & Sifted Organic 1 lb Bag -- Crystallized Ginger 1 lb Bag -- Dried Mango Slices 1 lb Bag. The Ginger and Mango were excellent, but the Marshmallow Root not so much, seems more like the bark rather than the root of the Marshmallow plant, and the tea is not pleasing, somewhat bitter. Also, I was disappointed to learn that none of these three products originated in the U.S. of A. No country is mentioned on the label for the Ginger and Mango, and the label for the Marshmallow Root states the country of origin as Croatia, even though Marshmallow Roots are raised throughout the United States. I will be more careful about where Piping Rock products originate and wish they would state such important infomation on their website.
