A: On an Xbox, this headset would not be compatible wirelessly. For an Xbox connection, it requires the Nova 7X, which connects to all platforms wirelessly.

Direct Wireless (2.4GHz dongle): No. The Portal's USB-C port isn't compatible for this. Bluetooth: No. The Portal doesn't support standard Bluetooth audio for headsets. Wired (3.5mm cable): Yes, for audio output. The microphone on the headset will likely not work, as the Portal will use its built-in mic. Indirect Wireless (via PS5): Yes, if you keep the dongle connected to your PS5. This is the best way to get full wireless functionality and mic use. If you want truly wireless audio directly from the PlayStation Portal with microphone support, you'll need a headset that uses Sony's PlayStation Link technology, such as the Pulse Elite or Pulse Explore. Fantastic Headset
I bought this headset for my stepson for Christmas but his headset he was using broke so he got it early. He almost cried when he opened it. He said this is the best headset he has had. The app and software is amazing with customization options. The headset is comfortable to use for all day playing and long battery life.

Exceptional headset. Blown away as soon as I put it on. Previously used the PS pulse and pulse elite. This is a whole other ballpark. Solid build quality, great battery life, wide dynamic range and a nice monitor wheel.

A literal game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon testing these headphones, I first noticed that they are lightweight and comfortable. I usually am cold, so I liked that they felt cozy on my ears and were not cold metal or other material. I like the steel frame of the set and the inner band that is comfortable on your head. I was able to wear these for quite some time without any discomfort. The headphones are easy to charge and last for 50+ hours which is much better than most video controllers. I was very impressed with the mobile app that creates settings on the headphones for so many of your favorite games. The app is easy to set up and you can quickly pair your headlines with the app. I used the mobile app with the call of duty mobile setting and had a great experience with unbelievable sound quality. Every sound in the game was crisp and not compromised by background noise. I definitely experienced the 360 degree Spatial Audio. I often play video games without a headset and you don't know what you don't know. It really was a literal "game changer" as I felt more immersed in the game while wearing theseheadphones. I also used the headphones with the dongle to connect to my PS5. Very easy to set up. For the PS5 game, I didn't have it set up with the mobile app and it didn't feel as next level. From now on, I'm going to use it with more of the games with preset settings on the mobile app for the full experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster and SteelSeires for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion of the product. My son is a gamer and he snatched these up as soon as he seen them. He was able to connect up easily and seamlessly to the internet and gaming system. I'm assuming that the sound quality is good because he can hear the game just fine. I'm not sure how long the battery life is but it's been at least 4hrs and he's still playing. Lol My son gives them a thumbs up !

Incredibly comfortable and well constructed.
First, my last pair of Nova headphones lasted me 10 years before decaying from normal usage, so I went back to the same brand. This set does not disappoint, with ultra-high quality sound, super comfort, and clear use of solid materials. Simple out-of-the-box installation and usage made the purchasing experience even better (Playstation). To boot, the price is more than fair!

The strongest selling point is the comfortability of this Headset. Audio quality and app control are also on point. The only downside I found is that you have to turn off your bluetooth connection on your headset seperatly, when turning your power off.

Pretty good
Bought when they first came out, wanted to upgrade my existing Arctis Nova 7's. Connecting it to either the previous dongle i had, or replacing that with the new one was easy. I haven't noticed a big audio change, but love that the mobile app works perfectly with the headset.

Pussing oozing ear rash from these
I’d like to sue this company for pain and suffering. My husband has had an awful rash on his ears, when trying to figure out what it was we saw multiple claims of these headsets causing allergic reactions and rashes and cover the ears down to the neck. Awful product, not sure what kind of materials are used but they are toxic.
