Description
Stella Rosa Black Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all natural, fruit-forward cocktail.

Great for a group

Sweet flavored wine
One of the better and sweeter tasting wines I’ve had, makes a great gift and can also be the life of the party depending on your crowd. Aroma is nice and sweet but not overly sweet, just the right amount of alcohol and flavor to enjoy it!

A decently priced great tasting wine.
The flavor of this wine was a perfect blend of sweetness and dry. The alcohol content wasn’t super high to the point where two glasses left a slight buzz. The packaging is simple and pretty along with excellent description of the flavor profiles within the drink. The price point is great for the amount you receive as a consumer.

Low alcohol, sweet, delicious wine
Stella Rose is a low alcohol wine. It is delicious sweet and fruity but not extremely sweet. It tastes great cold. I usually share with friends and family in reunions and everyone loves it. Since it’s low alcohol, you can enjoy more cups than usual.

Sweet and very delish 🤭
I actually found the taste pleasant. It’s light, bubbly, sweet, and fruity. The cranberry-like acidity adds a nice tartness that I really enjoyed. I could see myself drinking this very cold when I want something refreshing. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍷

Sweet and delicious
So delicious!! This is one of our go to wines. It is cheap, easy to find, very sweet if you want something that tastes similar to juice. It is not dry and goes down easy. I would recommend for beginners and people who like sweet drinks. So good we took it to vacation!
