Description
Stella Rosa Gold V.S. Prosecco D.O.C. is a dry, elevated expression of classic Prosecco made entirely from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. This area’s dramatic day-to-night temperature shifts enhance the grape’s acidity and structure. A portion of the cuvée is aged in oak, then fermented slowly at cool temperatures to develop richness and depth. At 11% ABV, Gold V.S. is notably drier than other Stella Rosa wines, with notes of golden apple, citrus, and crisp minerality. The result is a refined, food-friendly sparkler with elegant bubbles and a long, clean finish. Each bottle is hand-wrapped in shiny gold foil, making it ideal for gifting, toasting, or elevating any occasion.

I really like this Prosecco - it is a dry style with a touch of sweetness but very easy to enjoy. It is for sure elevated from others I tried and everyone that has tried it at my house loved it. Great value for the price!

I love Stella Rosa. It's honestly the only brand of wine I like. They came out with the gold prosecco and the Rose prosecco and I have to say I definitely prefer the Rose! The gold prosecco is a lot more bitter than the rose is, and that honestly is just preference by me. I prefer the sweeter tasting wines and liquids over the bitter, So if you prefer bitter, the gold prosecco is 100% the prosecco for you. If you want something a little bit more sweet, I would try the rosé💖💖
