Description
Stella Rosa Semi-Sweet Red Apple White Wine is crafted in the small village of Santo Stefano Belbo. The Riboli Family has created this special blend of several aromatic grape varietals including Moscato Canelli. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the natural flavors of ripe red apples. The juice is fermented in Charmat-style, pressurized tanks. During this process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. The alcohol level stays at approximately 5.5% and contains 10% residual sugar. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness so it is not cloying or heavy.

Great for sangria!
This wine makes a great sangria! It's super easy to make I just chop different fruits and it's ready. The red apple is subtle and delicious not super sweet. I love making this sangria for when I have guests over with a good charcuterie board.

I am a Stella Rosa girl through and through. I have yet to try a bottle that I didn’t enjoy. This apple wine is perfect for those casual sipping and not wanting to taste alcohol. It is very light and I love it.

I am NOT a wine drinker. But I do like these Stella ones. I can actually go through an entire bottle. These have to be cold. I do not think they would be good warm or room temperature. They are very affordable. I will continue purchasing

I love this flavor. Definitely one of my favorites. It’s crisp and sweet but not too sweet. It’s also very affordable and perfect for a girls night. I prefer this one to the green apple flavor. I buy this very often and will continue to do so.

It is very sweet, very much a dessert wine. I can’t remember if I wasn’t a fan of the type of apple flavoring or the other notes mixed together but I remember this being not one of my top choices of this brand. This brand really does make delicious and inexpensive wines!

This is by far my husbands and I’s favorite wine. It has the perfect flavor. It’s sweet, not dry. Has a great balance of flavors. We search for this wine every time we go to the liquor store. You should definitely check it out!

Love the apple taste in this not as sweet as other flavors which is nice and the apple comes more so as an after taste. I love apples and now it's in my wine so how could I complain. Packaging is nice and easy to open which I appreciate over wrestling with a cork. Super affordable and would recommend if you like sweeter wine with a fruity flavor.
