[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked really well, but was hard to tell if it worked well outside because I put it inside next to the front door. The maintenance for it is easy and the value for the money is great, but don’t have a high durability and effective rate of capturing all that it needs to. It is portable which is a plus but has to be plugged in to work.

It wasn’t a loud noise but it did irritate my dog for some reason. That is the only thing about it! He kept barking at it. So I easily moved it to another room and it was good!!

I feel like I have to keep it plugged in and running. I keep it in the kitchen and will still catch a gnat or 2 flying by in the living room. I do like the fact it catches more than just gnats!! One downside is that sometimes the gnat won't get completely stuck on the sticky part. So if you open it up, it will fly out. I try to open slowly to avoid any escaping!! Thanks to #influenster and #stem for allowing me to try this product. @influenster @stem

I kept getting attacked by flying insects and they just flew near the fan, but didn't fly into the trap. I'm giving the fan trap a 3/5 for these reasons.

We have had this fan trap on for a couple weeks now and we have noticed a decrease in the mosquitos around the house. It is lightweight and I have been able to move it around the house or even take outside when relaxing outdoors. It is easy to change it and clean it.
