A: I've had 2 zevo max running in the kitchen and in the family room where the pantry moths seem to be flying around at night and not 1 moth has went near the light. I'm considering returning these.

A: The Zevo Trap is safe when used as directed, Sean. Close supervision is recommended when used near children and pets. If you know that your children or pets are sensitive to any of the attractants (blue and UV light) the Trap uses, we don't recommend using the product.

I have been using Zevo traps for a couple years now. I absolutely love them. I don't to spray poison anywhere. The trap.works 24 hours a day without any intervention from me. I have several in strategic locations around my home. Awesome

We know how frustrating flies can be, and are sorry Zevo hasn't been trapping them. If the light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. Avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. The trap can be effective in the daytime, but more natural daylight = more competition for the trap. Therefore, to maximize daytime efficacy you would want to place the trap in a darkened room or at least a shadowy area. So we can offer further help, please give us a call at (866) 215-1297.

We recommend you unplug the trap and check to see if it’s plugged into a ground fault outlet (one with the two buttons test/reset). If it is, make sure to hit reset, then plug the trap back in. I have had this for months. It caught bugs but I never really saw many in it. I have recently had a swarm or fruit flies that invaded my house. I can fully recommend this product it has managed to catch over 50-100 of them in a matter of a few hours I just replaced the stick part last night and it is almost all the way full. I plan on buying the biggest one to help with stragglers. Worth the money 100%!!! I will continue to buy replacement pads

I bought this 2 days ago and flies aren't attracted to it! I have it in the kitchen counter and flies are still everywhere. I use the spray and it works great but the Max isn't working

I bought the zevo max and had one fly in the house. I set the zevo max on the table where the fly kept landing. The zevo max didn’t do anything. The fly never went near it. Waste of money

This does not do a good job of trapping flies. It does trap the gnats. Would not recommend if you are looking to only get rid of flies

I bought 6 of the traps aling with the refills. The flying bugs would land on the trap walk around and then fly off. The original ones worked but their must be horrible quality control on the refills. When i touch it, there doesn’t seem to be any glue. They ssy 100% guarantee, but they seem to hide their customer support number. I can’t find it, and P&G says to go to the brand web site. I am having to replace all of my traps with another brand.
