Step2 All Around Wagon - Red

Love the wagon! Hated the instructions and the bar for the back tires was too short! I ended up with a makeshift solution which wont work long-run so I'm extremely displeased given the price of this wagon.

We bought two of these wagons for 2 sets of grandchildren. Our granddaughter is three and her brother just turned one. She does not need to be belted in but we do use the belts for our grandson and he doesn't mind at all. They both love the wagon. Right now bc of the weather they are using it in the basement. I take them on wagon rides in the basement and they have their snack and cup holders for their drinks. Our grandson loves the little trunk as he can continually open and close that door as well as the side door. Our other set of grandchildren are age 4 and two and they both love the wagon as well. My husband and I love the length and angle of the handle as it is very easy to pull without bending over. This is a fantastic gift to promote imagination, fun and longevity!

I love the wagon and hated putting it together. The instructions weren’t clear and there were only pictures. Very difficult. The good news is that my grandson loves it. And in the end that’s all that really matters.

Bought this 9 years ago for my kids. Still has plenty years ahead of it. Still looks new. We used every day. Now that my kids have out grown it I gave it to my niece and her son. We used it everywhere. Best wagon around.

Horrible instructions had to watch a few YouTube videos to help. The seams are messy/sloppy made. Used the wagon several times so far so good. I did add on the service plan due to other reviews about the wheels cracking. It is very bulky probably due to the weight limit of 125 lbs. I have twins and needed a more durable wagon than the fabric type.

dont like the handle it is very hard to steer , door is very hard to open , price was ok

Great quality! It’s easy to ensemble and easy to manipulate on lawn, as well as street. My grandson loves riding in it!

The directions are “simple” once or even IF you get the hang of it. Half of the crap isn’t labeled and the colors are different in the instructions but after a few minute headache I easily figured it out and had it put together in about 30mins. I probably could have gotten in some quicker but I triple checked myself because YOU CAN’T DECONSTRUCT once you put the caps and stuff on so just pay close attention. Otherwise my 4 1/2 autistic son LOVES it! He’s literally sitting in it now, as I type, eating his snack and watching his shows in it! He won’t get out of it and I’m sure it’ll be in the house for a while HAHAA! He’s the best. Feels nice and sturdy and we will be taking a walk once everyone gets home. If there are any issues that arise I will update but if there is no update then all is working great! 4/5 stars just for the headache with the obscure instructions otherwise would’ve been 5/5!

This is a sturdy & durable, absolutely adorable wagon! So many compartments, fold down table option and more. Easy to put together. My 20 month old loved it!

The box was delivered open, the wagon was stratched very badly. I couldn't believe they would send something like this. It looked like a child had been playing with it for years and returned it. It was so disappointing. I was looking forward to my grandson playing with this on Christmas. I will be returning it.

my grandson loves his new wagon, I love that it turns easily without tipping over. I only gave it 3 stars because the directions for assembly were not well written and the photos of the pieces weren't labeled correctly. I went online to look for better directions but alas they are the same. Hopefully my grandson will enjoy many years using his wagon.

Used this for my son and now for my daughter 4 years and counting it still looks brand new!

This item is easy to put together once you figure out the incompetently made pictures and figure out the materials in the plastic bags. That is, of course, after you get the .Pdf file because the manufacturer is too cheap to put a piece of paper with instructions in the box that has written directions and pictures. The steps for putting the rear axle together are not explained well, but do it you place a lock nut/washer (j) in the l piece and pound it d, the axle itself into (j). These items are nice to look at, and I hope they have fun, but seatbelts? Are you serious? I refuse to put seatbelts in a wagon, if a child falls out it is a part of childhood, if you fear for your child wrap them up in bubble wrap before putting them in the wagon. I still have a metal wagon from years ago and it still works and is easier to put together than this. I hope the wagon will last for many years. I doubt it.

My son received this as a gift from his grandmother and it's perfect. He absolutely loves it. It has a "hidden" compartment on the side for all those extra toys, multiple cup holders and plenty of space for a friend.

We received this item as a gift for my 1 yr olds birthday from my mother in March. We have very many trips out with it, using it for my 1 yr old & 3 yr old & love it. We love it so much, we got rid of our double stroller. It's very easy to move & the door is a fun convience for the kids to get in & out. The storage seat is great for keys, wipes, a couple diapers, and a couple of snacks to get you through your trip. My oldest (9 yrs) & our neighbor's kids have played hard with this & is has survived where other toys have not as they are really rough. The only thing I cannot comment on was the assembly as my mother assbeled it for us. Over all a great product that we will enjoy for years to come.

This is the best wagon we have ever had! My daughter loves the built in cupholders, and I love the extra storage space under the wagon. The seats can fold flat, so the wagon can be used for so many different purposes. My daughter is 2, and will definitely be able to use her wagon for many years. The plastic is high quality, and the wheels are very sturdy. You can also add a canopy for extra shade- which will be helpful during our hot florida summers. I will be recommending this wagon to all of my friends.

Garbage, horrible design, I mean the wheels use snap nuts with no threading, not even any notch in the axel. Wheel pop's off and you can't put it back on. VERY cheaply made, and for no reason, the body is nice. They just got real cheap with the wheels. This is not safe. I'm returning mine.

I bought this when my daughter was two, to move away from the coach. She is 4 1/2 now and dealing with ASD. This product has been constantly used for 2 1/2 years and appears to have many more to go. With her autism, she has been completely safe. So much easier to care for her and all the items she requires, when we are on the go, versus the coach. She absolutely loves this wagon. I would purchase this again.
