I bought this to replace my old step2 wagon after it broke after 10 years of use. I did not realize that this wagon did not have a seat, compartment or a door, which are both super fun for little ones. I noticed it after it was put together and too late to return.

The rubber bands that go around the plastic wheels stretch out and fall off. They also tend to roll after they fall off and can be quite a treat to find again. I have lost one completely despite my efforts to find it. I now have a useless red rattle trap.

The wagon broke by the front right wheel after only 6 months use.. The plastic just split. Now my kids can't use it. The wagon looks brand new and I'm really disappointed with it. We had the same wagon in a different color and it lasted 14 years till hail put holes in it.

I bought this in May as a birthday present for my now three year old daughter. She hates the stroller but is so small that she cannot keep up if we want to walk around the park for exercise during her brother's sport practices. It was a pain to assemble, but she loves it.I did want to mention, however, that the part you have to hammer onto the wheel axle to keep the wheel attached to the wagon is a one shot deal; you have to get it on right the first time or it will pop off. Ours did just that about three months after first assembled. We can use it alright on flat areas to pull around, and she loves to play with the other toddlers and preschoolers with it at soccer practice, but we worry about pulling it when we go places that have uneven terrain. I plan on calling customer service when I get the time.

We were given this as a gift for our twins 1st birthday. Less than a year later the right front wheel is broken. The plastic around the metal axle broke all the way around the wheel mount and is now unusable. From what I have read this is a very common occurrence. Buy something different!

I used this to take my two kids out on walks around town. My kids are 3 and 5 and barely weigh 60lbs between the two of them. The plastic on the wheels constantly break so that the metal arm now slips inside making the wheel turn on its side and unusable!
