A:Â Hello mzbloom, the Sterilite 20 G Latching Tote was designed for general household use, it is not waterproof and does not contain UV protection. Rain, snow, and other weather can get into the storage box.

Q: Why are these so poorly made? the lids bend and break if you stack these bins on top of each other. Any ideas why target carries this poor quality product?

Q: how many pounds of dry dog food will this hold?

A:Â Thank you for your question. We have not specifically tested capacity of dry pet food in our products. Perhaps the best reference would be the inside dimensions of the Sterilite 20 Gal Latch Tote, which are 16.75" L x 13.875" W x 16.25" H.
