Q: Is this cup hot to the touch when heated, and how hot can contents of cup be?
A: I have poured boiling water into the mug to steep tea and the handle stays cool and easily handled. The bowl also does not get too hot to handle, but it might be different if the water is microwaved.

Depending on your microwave or method of heating, the mug may be hot to the touch, but the handle in general should be cooler than the body. We advise using the handle but be careful especially after microwaving the item to make sure it’s comfortable to touch. There isn’t really a limit on how hot the contents of the cup can be functionally and this depends on personal preference. I hope this help! - Maria

Q: All the reviews say these are grey but you have them listed as sour cream. Can you please confirm the color.
A: Hi MR - Great question! The mug is in the white-gray color family. Depending on the lighting this may appear more grey than perfectly white. The glaze may vary slightly from mug to mug making them unique! Thanks for reaching out! - John

Q: Can these stack on top of eachother?

Q: Hi, does this mug have a flat bottom or does it have a ring? I ask because I want to use it with a coffee cup warming plate.
