Extremely Disappointed

Although retired now, I previously worked for Stouffer's Food Service Division. Quality was paramount, however we had to reduce salt measurements in most recipes. Please consider having taste testers who are over 60; specifically for input regarding salt. I purchase Stouffer products weekly now, for portion control, convenience and flavor. This week I had the Family Size Chicken Enchiladas. It was a huge disappointment and we were unable to finish eating it due to it's extreme salty flavor.

Pure Garbage

I saw this in the frozen foods freezer at my grocery store and decided to give it a try because I like several of their other frozen dinners. That was a bad mistake. I cooked it in the microwave per the instructions on the package and it was absolutely disgusting! HORRIBLE!!! SMH. I tried to call customer service to complain but they were closed. Obviously they don't value their customer's opinions or feedback around evening mealtime. To me that screams of apathy for their customers. As much as I enjoyed some of their other dinners, I will probably just find another band. I will call again tomorrow during the 9-5 we are here to help stretch to seek a refund for this garbage.

These were good and full of chicken and I will buy them again. They are a good size but not too large. I used sour cream on them. Haven't tried the beef ones yet but will soon.

cooking it you have to try & keep moisture in it to enjoy, otherwise eating the enchilada shells are hard to eat , otherwise, not bad

Cinco de Mayo - Saved!

We had a stress filled day, working with the insurance claims adjuster for our home. After we wanted to eat some Mexican Food for our Cinco de Mayo celebration. We tried at two different local and popular restaurants. And they both had waiting lines over an hour. We were so tired, we couldn't imagine standing up to wait that long. So we went home. Chicken Enchiladas were in the freezer. We popped it into the oven, settled in comfortable chairs, while it baked. Cinco de Mayo, and our fragile human shells… Saved!

I can't stand Mexican food or rather my stomach can't, so I am not buying all the new Mexican foods. I grew up by Stouffer's in Solon Ohio and it is a shame you drop or change some of your foods I grew up on. You have changed the cream chip beef to a watery cream sauce so I don't buy it anymore. Too bad you now cater to people who have rock iron stomachs. Also, the chicken al a King has changed for the worse. Please bring back the old Stouffer's food prepared well and tasty. Thanks

These are so good. They taste homemade. The instructions are easy to follow and comes out hot and ready to eat. The enchiladas have just enough chicken in each and the sauce is really good. I will rotate these into my weekly meals

There "good" but they would be better if the beans and rice were separate and there was more sauce. They are actually more like burritos than enchiladas
