This flavorful ground thyme is made in Provence (southeast France) for Straight from France.
This bag of carefully ground dried thyme leaves can be sprinkled over poultry (turkey, chicken and duck) or pork. It can also be used to make your own blend of herbs de provence seasoning, which includes thyme, but also basil, savory, marjoram and rosemary, or to make your own thyme tea (good for sore throat). Thyme essential oil can also help with snoring.
This French thyme (thym de Provence or tomillo in Spanish) is also great to flavor tomato-based sauces, soups, stews and cheeses. It is a staple in French and Italian cooking.
