I have purchased FOUR packs of these. Two different ones originally, then the same replacement packs because within 24 hours ALL of the charms fell off. I don’t know why I replaced them and tried again- but the same thing happened with the second pack. I was so upset cause these were so cute!! Amazon has better quality charm bracelets!

Mine too came with a clasp missing. How hard is it to ship a product that is correct instead of throwing a broken one in the box. Not impressed.

Nice charms but one clasp was missing, which didn’t matter in the end since the other 2 clasps don’t even stay closed; making it easy to lose a charm.
