Mine too came with a clasp missing. How hard is it to ship a product that is correct instead of throwing a broken one in the box. Not impressed.

Nice charms but one clasp was missing, which didn’t matter in the end since the other 2 clasps don’t even stay closed; making it easy to lose a charm.
