Good solid shelving.
Looks great, heats well, and is fairly quiet. The bottom grill only works on high heat, which threw me off at first, but customer service confirmed it's designed that way. They were very helpful.

Corners came cracked.
Seems to have a cheap thermal cutout. Heats for two minutes, then shuts off until I reset it.

Comes with a pump!
Great for my small space. Added a 2-foot stovepipe for looks. The flame effect stopped working after two days, but I saw other brands have the same issue. No remote, but it's not really needed.

Love this heater! Looks like an old-fashioned fireplace. The color-changing lights and safety shut-off are great. Heats my 250 sq. ft. room well. Feels like a solid, quality product.

My toddler is obsessed!
Looks pretty but has a bad thermostat. Had to set it to 77 before it even turned on, and then it wouldn't kick back on when the room cooled down.

I needed a small space heater to keep by my desk at home for the upcoming winter. My old heater is just too big. This space heater is perfect! I know with everyone working from home these units will be in high demand, so why not get it now while they are still available. I gave the heater a test run this morning and it worked perfectly.

Best Space Heater Ever!
This little heater fireplace is very durable and a workhorse. Not to mention stylish and cute. It's small but puts out some heat. We keep it in a 16 ft bell tent and it keeps it very warm inside in the Georgia winter! The flame is very realistic. Love this!!

Exactly what I needed!
Easy to assemble: only required screwing on the legs. Is extremely functional as well as aesthetically pleasing for the room. Perfect size for my home office. Love the fact it has two heating elements with separate switches plus a dial for setting temp and a dial to adjust the fire glow. Also, can leave the glow of the fire look without heat for ambience. Space heaters are usually pretty darn ugly and this one is definitely not!

Flamed space heater
This sure has a cute fake flame that flows and it blows nice warm air. Not loud. Easy to assemble once we received it. I use it all the time now, sometimes just for the flame. No heat going. Makes my bedroom nice and cozy.
