Not sure why so many arrive damaged
The product arrived damaged, with a huge gouge on one part. Not acceptable, especially when the dresser isn't even cherry wood like it's advertised. The damaged part was clearly particle board. Stork Craft does offer free replacement parts, but it takes 10 business days to process, which delayed our assembly. We had the same issue with a crib from them too. Not sure why their stuff arrives damaged. Never had this many issues buying furniture online before.

It's alright
Some drawers came damaged, and it's a little flimsy, but it looks beautiful. I don't think it'll last through a few more moves, though, or our next kid.

Cute, but just okay
I've had this dresser for about 10 months now. I love the look and color, but assembly was tricky, the wood's not the best quality, and the paint chips easily.

Nice dresser, but bad delivery
It's a nice dresser-changing table combo. But the packaging was excessive, and one of the drawer bottoms was broken, leaving a hole in one drawer.

Arrived with damage
The dresser itself is well-made, but some parts came scratched and dinged. Really disappointing for something that's brand new.

Okay for the price
It looks really pretty, but there are some design issues. The assembly was a pain, and one side got messed up when a screw came out during assembly. One cabinet doesn't open smoothly. But overall, it's okay for the price.

Cute dresser, but needs better rails
It's a beautiful dresser with lots of space for diapers, clothes, and towels. It looks exactly how we wanted for a great price. The only downside is safety. Initially, I didn't worry about it, but now that it's in use, we realize there's no way to secure the diaper pad, and it can slip off. Also, most diaper pads these days are a bit too wide. We had to use a hand-me-down pad since new ones hung off the edges. We're not returning it, but it's something to think about if buying again.

Instructions are terrible, very confusing
This was tough to put together. The instructions were horrible. The pictures and text didn't match up. Simple screw-in parts took forever. Looks good and sturdy once done, but assembling it was a real hassle.

Frustrating assembly design
This is the second dresser I've bought. On both, the push pins popped through the other side, causing damage to the outer part. The dresser looks great, but this design flaw causes visible damage.

Good purchase overall
Followed the instructions perfectly, but one of the drawers came messed up from the factory with a misaligned track. Only one drawer, but it's a huge pain. Otherwise, a nice dresser.

Holes were drilled too deep
I've bought 2 of these. Both times, whoever drilled the holes drilled them too deep, causing cracks or misalignment. I'd recommend paying someone to assemble it or just buy it pre-assembled to avoid the hassle.

The instructions said to put the side pieces in all the way, but we did that and the wood fell apart. If I can get new sides, that'd be great.

Looks nice in the room
It looks nice, but didn't come with drawer pulls. It's heavy and takes at least two people to assemble. You'll need about 2 hours to put it together.

Sharp pins poke through the side
The top panel had pins that left holes in the outside walls. We'll need to fill and paint them. The design isn't great, and we knew we weren't getting top-quality for the price, but still expected it not to be damaged after assembly.

Pretty piece, but has some flaws
I love how this looks,feels like it costs more than it did. The only problem is that on the right side, the drawers keep coming off the tracks. It's annoying, but for the price, I can live with it. I put it together by myself while 8 months pregnant, so if I can do it, anyone can. It took me about 3 hours, but I'm happy with it overall.

Great dresser overall
The hardware box was a mess with screws everywhere. After sorting them out, the assembly was pretty easy to follow. I put it together by myself while 8 months pregnant in about 2 hours. The only scratches were on the knobs, probably from being packed with the loose screws.
