We put together a new trampoline and found out the straps connecting to the springs were messed up. The company called me and sent a new jumping mat! Great customer service!

This is definitely our favorite purchase! Exactly like the picture. Super easy to set up. The lights and sprinkler system were a breeze to install. Just a heads-up,it came in two boxes, so don't panic if the trampoline shows up first!

The 12ft trampoline is perfect for my 5-year-old nephew. We picked this one because of the value and safety,plus, it has a high enough weight limit for adults to jump with him. The black-on-black design is slick. Can't wait to see how high he can bounce!

The handle wobbles. It doesn't have level feet and tips over easily when holding onto the handle that sticks out from the trampoline. But hey, no springs, which is a plus.

Something's off with the handle or leg, and it won't go all the way together, so it's super wobbly. My kids were so excited when they saw it, but now they're bummed they can't use it. I called and they're sending new parts. Fingers crossed they get here before the return period ends and it fixes the issue.

This would be great if the balance bar was stable. One of the legs won't tighten properly, and it's the leg attached to the balance bar. So, it's not safe for a toddler.

The blue skirt that covers the edge keeps coming off. It's pretty useless and could even be dangerous.
