This is such a good product. I buy it for my daughter. She has thyroid problems. But its expensive. so i just started making it for her when she comes home from college.

For the last year I have enjoyed a bottle of Mighty Dozen for breakfast just about every morning. I used to juice my own similar blend but found this one to be very close to the taste anyway, (also, the incredible volume of produce to produce a glass of homemade juice and the prep made me a bit lazy about doing it very often). I love grabbing the Mighty Dozen and Uber Greens whenever I’m at the store, but I especially love the taste of Mighty Dozen! And it’s a super easy way to get in my greens. I have high blood pressure, so I’ve been changing my diet and focusing more on getting in my daily greens, but this definitely makes things easier! Thank you for making it so convenient to be healthier!

This is my favorite green drink! It is just the right amount of greens and fruit! Tastes amazing for the green juice realm even my 7yr old loves it!

Kale contains oxalates, which may contribute to kidney stone formation, particularly in individuals prone to calcium oxalate stones. It also has goitrogens, compounds that can interfere with iodine absorption, potentially impacting thyroid function, especially in those with iodine deficiencies. Although kale has lower oxalate levels compared to other greens like spinach, these compounds are still present, especially when consumed raw, as in juices. Cooking kale helps reduce both its oxalate and goitrogen levels, but this benefit is lost when it’s consumed uncooked. Research shows that large amounts of raw cruciferous vegetables, like kale, can negatively affect thyroid health over time.

This made me feel so nauseous just after one sip. I almost wanted to vomit, I don’t how people can drink this.

I've been suffering with gout last several years. Forced to take prescription medication for the extreme gout pain and maintenance, sometimes meds do not work effectively. I decided to do a cleanse because I was feeling miserable one week and suffering gout pain in my foot and ankle. After a day or two of drinking Mighty Dozen the gout pain surprisingly disappeared, so I continued drinking at least a glass a day (12oz) of Mighty Dozen (or Uber Green when I can't find MD at local stores). I've been off of my prescription medications for almost 4 months. I tested and stopped drinking Suja for a week and the gout pain mildly returned. I went back on the Suja juice immediately (morning-juiced all day) and pain disappeared (bedtime). Suja juice is a lifesaver for me and I've recommended it to my siblings that suffer from gout. We all have experienced the same successful life changing results. Thank you Suja for the liquid medicine in a bottle. You have changed our lives for the better.

I drink a glass of this everyday. The ingredient list alone is top tier. I maybe biased because I love the taste of green juice anyway, but the balance of flavors is amazing with sweetness to top it off. 10/10 I would recommend.

Green, fresh, taste is good. My body is functioning so much better. And I have less inflammation in my knees. I’ve done the 3 day Suju cleanse and highly recommend all of these juices.

For about 5 years, I completely neglected my health. I’m 39 now. I gained 80 lbs. I felt awful. I was eating red meat, fast food, pastries constantly and probably eating about 5-7k calories a day. My son told me to stop eating because he doesn’t want me to die. But habits are hard to break. Then I saw this juice in Sam’s club. I bought it. Drank it. I realized after a few days that I had been in a fog for years. I feel mentally alert. I feel like myself. I’m ready to do a 30 cleanse and hopefully loose 30 lbs. Suja MD may have saved my life.

Currently 7 months pregnant and have been drinking 2 glasses daily for a month. When my appetite isn't up or I can't stomach complex foods, this juice is enough to fill me up and still feel like I got the nutrients from a big healthy salad or serving of fruit. I was really hoping this would be good but it tastes so bad to me! tastes too grassy and leafy! I can't handle the taste but if u do like it, it is great and healthy

I read a lot of reviews saying this is gross but it's soooooooooo good to me. Everyone's taste buds are different so give it a try for yourself. I can drink this all day.

But, I never read the label until someone pointed it out to me...there's hardly any nutritional value in this product.
