The big sequins don’t lie flat; they stand up a little, giving it a fun, fluttery look that my daughter thinks is “magic hair.” The gold matte ribbon in the middle makes it feel a bit fancier than typical kids’ clips. It’s very lightweight, and the clip holds her hair tightly without slipping, though I probably wouldn’t use it on a super windy day. The size is perfect — noticeable but not over-the-top. I keep picking it up just to look at it because it’s really pretty. We’re already thinking about getting the rose color next.
