A: I think this particular item is for the letter “A” that’s shown in the photo… go back and scroll through all the items listed to see if they have a listing with a photo of the letter you want. Seems like it would be easier to just be able to choose your letter, but maybe not all letters are available.

This is not 18K gold. The picture makes the necklace appear shiny like it is better quality, but it's not.
