I got tired of taking lecithin using the gel caps - I wanted to get pure lecithin - this product is a great way to do just that! Best way to take it is to mix with natural peanut butter ( I mix one tblspoon lecithin, one tblespoon natural peanut butter and one tblespoon of coconut oil - ) Enjoy!

The powder is extremely finely ground: so much so that when opening the container or spooning some out, some literally floats away in the air, almost like smoke. The loss is insignificant, but I'd rather ingest the supplement than breathe some in. A coarser grind would be much better.

Are use this to make my very special chocolates for my pain management! This is fantastic stuff! Stir it in first into your base oil and make sure it is totally dissolved before adding the medicine!

My first time using it and will not get it again. It changes the consistency of the food it is added to and not for the better. It clumps and does not mix well. This is an altogether different product than the soy granules and I enjoy the taste and consistency far more than that of the sunflower lecithin. I do not recommend the sunflower lecithin.

Up until now, I was using non GMO soy lecithin. I decided to try Swansons sunflower lecithin. It is a powder instead of granules and not waxy like the soy lecithin. Really nice! Disolves much better. Much easier to use! Wonderful!
