The flat back with 2 holes allow the planter to be hung from sturdy surfaces like a fence or outdoor wall. The wall-mounted plant holder features a round back with a rectangle planting area to grow a variety of plants. The planter area can hold up to 93 ounces (0.097 cu ft) of soil, ensuring plenty of growing space for root systems to develop. Made from durable and weather-resistant linear low-density polyethylene (polyresin), this planter is both stylish and designed to last for years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This planter looks like a textured cast iron planter with a rustic patina, but is a lightweight and durable feeling plastic material which will hang easily from a wall, fence, or wherever you choose to hang it, or you can set it on the ground since it also has a flat base. The plastic feels very durable and like it will weather intense sun or frost without a problem. It has a removable plug at the base to help with soil drainage but can’t be seen when you’re facing the planter, so it’s not an eye sore. I plan to plant a few succulents in here with a string of pearls flowing down the front. I think it will look amazing on our stucco house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little wall planter is perfectly sized for any little flowers or herbs. I plan on using this for basil in the summer, and believe it may be the answer to my current problem of land critters which kept eating my crop last year! I originally thought it was made of metal or clay, so the one thing I do not enjoy is that it is plastic, but it visually does not appear like plastic which is great. It also is very light due to this material. I love how there is a drain at the bottom — I think it’s so silly when pots and planters come without a drain. A string of pearls would also look lovely in here. Nice product!
