If you research apigenin, you'll find that the recommended dose is 500mg/day. You need ten capsules/day of this product to get what's recommended.

I have noticed a positive difference in my stress level and feeling of relaxation. I was hoping it would help with my anxiety and IT HAS. Will reorder. By the way, it is used for other things, but I listened to a neuroscientist who mentioned he uses it, that’s why I tried it.

Exactly what I ordered. Apigenin is a critical Flavonoid and it says to take one per day , but the oral efficacy is kind of a mystery. Would be nice if it came with some disclosure in the packaging...

This is a great antioxidant that's excellent for everyone and especially for men's health. It combines very well with other antioxidants. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner.
