Seems to work, but capsules aren’t always full
I think it’s working. My only complaint is that the capsules don’t always seem full, so not sure if I’m actually taking 5,000 mcg a day.

An Easy Fix
Your Biotin has started working. I have very dry brittle finger nails that always break, I knew I needed to find a product that would help make them become strong. I also was losing my hair but now it is not falling out and I am looking forward to having a nice head of hair again. It is now growing back in and hoping I can return have people compliment me again. I have been taking this every day and am keeping my fingers crossed it will help. So far I am pleased with the product. I am glad you had something to help me. Thank you. mjb

I do like this product and I will keep using it everyday. I do recommend it for others..
It does good for me strengths my nails so they are not so brittle. For my skin it does not clear up age spots that I wish it wwould. I do like this product and use it everyday

I have been getting orders from Swanson for many years. I had very bad nails they use to split and peal . Then I started taking Biotin and you can’t imagine my nails today. One old friend saw my nails one day and could not believe how nice they looks. I also notice my hair is better also Great product

Missing a security tamper proof
All SWANSON brand, 11 bottles that I just received do not have a security tamper proof. Inside has a lip cover which can be easily tampered with. Please add a security tamper proof to the bottles as before.

Seems to be helping a lot. I had hair loss, due to Covid 19. I am fully recovered. Hair loss is one of the side effects. My nails seem to be getting stronger also. Would highly recommend?
