The calcium citrate pill is huge so it gets caught in my throat and I can neither swallow it or bring it back up - scary! I thought from my phone discussion with the Swanson person that the pill I was ordering was a size 'petite' pill. I had to throw it away because cutting the pill in half exposes the powder inside and makes it even harder to swallow. Dxorothy Chadwick

Calcium citrate is hard to find, and this one also has Vitamin D. It has consistently been a good buy for the money. And, I was specifically encouraged t use calcium citrate because it is absorbed better by the body.
