I rely on Swanson's for Organic brazil nuts
It is very difficult to find nonorganic brazil nuts in the stores. I like that brazil nuts are high in selenium.

Organic, raw, unsalted are more favorable for any food. Organic means the food has not been sprayed with chemicals while it was growing. Raw means it has not been subjected to heat, which has the potential for destroying some of the vitamins and minerals in the food. Unsalted means the food is not salted with regular table salt, which may contain some chemicals we don't need and not contain the iodine that we do need.

They were rancid. I’ve emailed twice for a refund (they are rather pricey) but Swanson’s has yet to respond or refund...2 months later. Yeah.

FRESH, Tasty, ORGANIC & Fairly Priced
I try to buy a bunch of these when Swanson runs their 20% off sale which is the most competitive price in the marketplace today. Brazil nuts are shaped like the ADRENAL gland and nourish it as well. I eat these most days and try never to run out of stock because they are an extremely healthy SUPERFOOD. Very happy to be able to get quality ORGANIC foods from Swanson!

Selenium
Excellent source of selenium, but don't eat too many. I eat 2 a day to support my thyroid. I keep them in the freezer and you can eat them right out of the jar because they don't freeze.

Great snack!
I love eating these as a snack during the day. These nuts are expensive to buy where I live, so I order them from this company. I can order several items and get them delivered in a fairly quick turnaround for a reasonable shipping rate. Awesome!

So far I've been very pleased with my Brazil nut orders. I have not had a bad batch. I'm sure that if by some chance I do have a bad one- as I have read in product reviews. I suppose it happens sometimes- Swanson will make good on the order. Quality product so far.
