Excellent for soft gels: however I prefer the Unflavored Liquid. Such a small amount capable of storing in a soft gel. I carefully bite them open, within my mouth, squeeze out the oil between my teeth. Swallow it. Discard the crushed capsule. One sees how a large lump of capsule is actually being swallowed with a very small amount of cod liver oil actually in, each capsule! But as far as capsules go, they're fine. Thank you.

Cod liver oil double strength is the #1 go getter. I have been taking cod liver oil since I was a little girl and I am still taking it. It keeps me healthy and feeling awesome.
