I saw all of the reviews and was so excited to try this that I bought TWO packs !! After opening up one pack and trying one that did absolutely nothing I was so disappointed. But still persistent~ the following day I tried one from the other pack I purchased. Still nothing. I had two people from my family always try one, and they too had no change in energy, concentrations etc. disappointed is an understatement

NADH increases the amount of dopamine available for use in the brain, which helps with attention and focus. The sublingual tablets make it quickly bioavailable. Start with the lower dose, because too much may cause anxiety.

This NADH compares very well, in quality and price, with the name brand product. It is very effective if you haven't had quite enough rest. I like to use it when I travel, to lessen jet lag.

I purchased the product expecting it to really do miracles. In the end I find out that the cost benefit does not corresponded to my expectations.

This is an excellent supplement for people who would like to boost their energy, mood and concentration levels! I take it and feel like a new person! However, I'd recommend researching this supplement before choosing a dose this high. Many studies show that the 5 mg - 10 mg dose may actually be more effective at improving mood and energy levels than the 25 mg dose, which *might* backfire and cause *some* people to experience jitters, stomach problems, problems sleeping, etc. (Please note that these are not medical claims, just a reflection of several studies I read. Effects and side effects, if any, are not universal and will vary per person.) After trying this 25 mg dose, I've decided to switch to 10 mg. This dose makes me feel a little strung out – I'm saving it for days when I need to clean my whole house or stay up all night working. Also, my dreams have become rather trippy, which isn't always a bad thing. :) Although I don't recommend this dose, I do recommend NADH and the Swanson brand. Excellent quality and outstanding price. This supplement usually sells for around $40 in other places.

I am sure this works if only for a little while, Unfortunately for me, not as good as caffeine but works nicely for a pick-me-up through the day when needed.

This supplement keeps my energy up the way it always should have been. Not a jittery feeling - just good focus and energy to keep going all day.

I took this as directed, with water, before morning meal, and still experienced stomach upset to the point of feeling nausea, which means i will not be taking any more of these. It did help with my alertness, but because of the nausea was not worth it.
