Great for Nervous System
As someone (23 yr/o. female) who struggles with severe anxiety and the physical discomfort I feel , this vitamin works really well for me. When taken as a PRN and only when nothing else seems to help me, I’ll take 1 tab and within 15 minutes my nervous system calms down. I feel grateful to have found something that not only works well, but is natural. I let go all of the pharmaceutical drugs a few years ago and I’ve been struggling to find things that help me, but with faith and trial/error, I feel pleased to have found something that actually helps me. I recommend this vitamin for those who struggle with anxiety disorders and struggles as well as chronic discomfort/ ‘triggered / strenuous’ vagus nerve pain and discomfort. For those who are high functioning and struggle with these issues, this vitamin could be a great option to have with you and keep in your bag while work, at school, when you’re out, etc. While this may not be for everyone, it’s always nice to give something a try. I’ve spent years tirelessly trying to find something that will help me. ACTUALLY help me. When my friend recommended to give this a try, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to have this as a successful option for me.

Relax and Unwind
Great relaxation aid that also pairs well with stimulants such as caffeine. I personally find Kanna to be better that L-theanine in this regard. Solid option for one looking to take the edge off after a long day. Best of Health Everyone

This product is near garbage, the potency is extremely low and whatever filler is being used, actually gives you a headache. I wish I hadn't bought this, and I definitely wish I hadn't used it-- DO NOT BUY
