Great Stuff.
Good stuff. Been using for a couple of years. Will highly recommend. Wife use to get sick couple to 3X a year. Now,maybe once a year. This stuff helps boost immune system quite well. Along with vits C & D is powerhouse.

Both my son and I use this daily. We put two capsules in each cup of our herbal tea, opening the capsules, pouring the powder in while the tea is hot. The taste is great and we feel it helps with a good immune response. We like this blend a lot. Thank you Swanson for all your great products
