Effective Sleep Aid Taken with Melatonin
If you have sleep problems then this is worth a try. I take two caps 30 minutes before bedtime along with melatonin. Since GABA has a tough time getting through the blood-brain barrier it is best to take a high dose.

Awfull Taste
The taste of these capsules are awful! I have taken three, tried to get past the taste but could'nt. I have bought other brands of GABA but none of the capsules have had a bad taste, even the smell from the bottle is bad. Will not order any more from Swanson.

GABA helps me to wind down and to help me fall asleep. It is natural occurring Amino acid and is not habit forming or a drug. I try to stay as natural as possible with my supplements because every drug has side effects. My body works well with the natural affect of the GABA.

Great Combination
Effective. A great combination of elements for relaxation. I am retired from managing health food stores and this remains a favorite supplement that I still recommend to family and friends. GABA Review
I use Swanson's Melatonin as a sleep aid and thought I would try GABA as a supplement for sleep. After using it for over two months, I feel no affect and will not recommend it.
