Bye bye Brain fog
I have felt a difference. My cognitive function has improved from brain fog to clear thinking. I started taking these in the first place for vascular reasons. So far so good I only take two a day at breakfast. I would recommend this product for brain fog and cardiovascular health. Also I am very cold sensitive, I haven't required a sweater at work since 2 weeks taking these, so it does increase blood flow. I go to see the cardiologist at the end of this month I might add to my review ️

I used to take ginkgo biloba years ago why I got away from it is beyond me but now I refuse to let it go I have it every morning with my coffee sometimes during the day and it definitely in the evening

As we age, we're more prone to blood-related problems. I read ginkgo biloba can thin the blood, somewhat. I urge people to research before trying this, and also ask your doctor their advice. Personally, it seems to help me, though it's a bit hard to be certain.
