Helped to regulate my periods

Likely does the job.
The gel pills are large and slightly upset my stomach. I prefer Black Current Seed Oil gels which are smaller and accomplish the same results.

I am allergic to MANY things (including Soy!), and the Evening Primrose Oil relieves my hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. I have been able to sleep without a fan!

Love the product, don't love the size of the pill.
I love the effects with my dry eyes etc.. The size of the pill chokes me. Does anyone know if it's works if you chew on it, swallow the oil and spit the veg cap out? The oil doesn't taste bad at all. Let me know, would make it easier for sure.

Used to control hot flashes.
Purchased to help with hot flashes due to hormone therapy for prostate cancer. It seems to have helped but difficult to compare with extent and severity of hot flashes without it. Probably worth trying for androgen deprivation therapy. No knowledge as to use for other purposes.
