I started taking these because my resting heart rate was very fast but an EKG showed “normal”. Since taking for a few weeks now, my heart rate isn’t as fast.

This was the very first Swanson product I tried when another shopper at a local health food store told me about their pricing. I was thrilled to get twice the # of pills for half of the cost and it came delivered to my door. That was over 10 years ago and I can't imagine getting it anywhere else. It has definitely helped my swelling and that makes me happy.

About seven years ago, I was diagnose with what is called a Left Channel Block. It is caused by lack of, or weak electrical signal from brain to heart on the left side. I could actually feel my heart stop for a couple beats. I was told, after extensive testing that there was no cure, that it is age related. Seeing that Hawthorn Berries helps this area of the circulatory system, I figured I'd give it a try. Several months later, I realized I wasn't feeling that heart stoppage. My physician checked with an electrocardiogram and it no longer appeared. I'm now 89 and haven't had the problem since. Guess you could say, I'm a believer.
Put hawthorn berries at the top of your vitamin regimen.
