Tumeric is great
I live with chronic pain and taking this 2 times a day really helps me manage that pain. Once I ran out and the level of my pain went up almost 2 times. I am really helped my Tumeric and I trust the quality and dosage provided by Swanson.

Not as good as Acura Med
I ran out of the more expensive Cura Med that I buy at a local health food store. So I ordered from Swanson, this Tumeric but after a few days I did not notice the joint relief that I usually get from the Cura med . I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this if you’re looking for joint pain relief but It just did not work for me. It is a great company. And I will order other things.

Great all-natural supplement
I learned about turmeric after reading an article written by a California-based physician who spoke about it's many benefits. If you are consuming wholesome quality foods in order to reduce inflammation but want an extra all-natural boost to your diet this may very well help. I take it with boswellia for maximum effect.
