Nice packaging. priced ok. I cant speak for the quality or effectiveness just like for any other brand, but research shows K2 is one of the very few useful supplements. I am just hoping and trusting that quality is good. I wish they would publish a lab analysis data to prove its quality and purity,

It made me sick after taking it for 2 weeks. Other than being sensitive to OILS all OILS because they oxidize in your body. The sunflower seed oil is a big no. I love swanson brand but anything with seed oil is trash.

I like it. Great part of my regimen for better cardiovascular health. When I mentioned where the K2 was sourced from, my dr gave me the ok to take it.

K2 is an important supplement, and one I did not know about just a few months ago. I read up on it: Recommended to take vitamin D with vitamin K2 if you are supplementing. Vitamin D is a fat soluble, vitamin Vitamin D increases calcium levels in the body. Vitamin K helps the body use calcium by shuttling it to your bones. and it's important to take with your Vit D for absorption into the bones. Unfortunately the heat we had recently has made my gel caps melt together somewhat, not sure if they're still as effective, but let's hope so.

As I age, I bruise more easily. Swanson's vitamin K2 is my favorite for bruise control. Swanson's K2 is more effective than any other K2 I have tried. The bruises dissipate much more quickly with Swanson's K2.
