First time I have ever taken this supplement. Articles I read motivated me to consume it.

I make it a rule to take it every day. It's been several years since I started to take it.

Great amino acid and antioxidant. Good detox as well. I take it with Alpha Lipoic Acid (also available here at Swanson), for added benefit. It is on the high end, so try to get it on sale.

I submitted a detailed, glowing review for this a while back, but apparently I said more than we are allowed to say according to the governmental regulations for dietary supplements, because Swanson did not post that review. Now Swanson is once again asking me to review this product, so... I will just advice you to do a search on the alleged benefits of L-Glutathione, and know that I believe I am getting all of those benefits from this supplement. In my own research, I found several publications that said opposite things about whether or not the human body can benefit by taking this supplement orally. After all the research I did, coupled with my own personal experience of taking this supplement, I am convinced that taking L-Glutathione orally does indeed work, and very well. I feel that I get the most benefit from this if I take it on an empty stomach in the morning, at least an hour before I eat. My husband takes this, too. He says he is not sure if he's noticed any difference, one way or the other, but he still takes it anyway, just in case.
