    Been using for years, but something is off with last order.

    I have been using Swanson's Liquid Calcium for years and have always been pleased. Recently I bought 6 bottles. The capsules felt noticeably harder than the ones I was used to getting. I didn't think anything about it at first, but then I decided something was off. And boy I was correct. I cut a couple of the capsules open and there was a whitish paste like substance in the pills I checked, not the liquid I was expecting. Checked a couple other bottles and they were all same. To Swanson's credit they agreed to replace all 6 bottles. Hopefully I just got a bad batch, but something is way off with what I received. Will change my rating back to 5 once issue is resolved.

    Excellent product!

    I have been using these calcium-magnesium softgels for quite some time now, as recommended by my physician, as I have osteoporosis. I believe they are helping me and strengthening my bones and joints, because last year in 2025, I fell 4 times, and so far this year (July 2026) I have not fallen once. My only complaint is that I wish I didn't have to take 4 of them per day; seems like I'm always having to re-order them. But this is an excellent product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it, especially for other seniors who have osteoporosis.

    Great stuff this.

    I have issues with low magnesium levels and I get cramps in my feet and legs that are terrible. This complex helps keep the cramping to a minimum.

    Excellent price

    This product has a good amount of calcium and magnesium for the price, but they use magnesium oxide which is not as efficacious as other forms of magnesium if you’re looking for magnesium to calm your mind. But for bone health it’s fine.

    I have taken calcium and magnesium for 40 years. This brand of Cal/Mag in this form is the one I have stuck with the longest. They go down easy and I like to think that the absorption is better in this form because it doesn't have to dissolve first.

    Easily digested calcium

    In making sure my body gets enough calcium I selected this liquid calcium with magnesium thinking this combination would have the calcium absorbed by my body more efficiently. It is a large pill, but it is swallowed very easily.

    Liquid calcium and magnesium

    I like these but I wish they were smaller. I used to buy similar liquid calcium from elsewhere and they were a little smaller so not quite sure how these add up to the others yet because it's only been 2 weeks.

    an easy way toswallow your calcium

    I have been using te liquid Calcium/magnesium caps for many years. I was having problems with the solid pills and found it aided in the assimilation of the calcium/mag and my chemistries on the annual physical proved that it was a good change.

    I prefer the lower dose in these capsules so I only take 1per day to help with muscle tightness and spasms. An everyday dose is really important, now I do take mine with Swanson D3. The results really benefit my body daily.
