Fire the person that changed your formula
Used to be good until you changed it . Lost another customer.. as soon as I drop the red pill I started breaking out and it’s not effective anymore. Whoever changed this should be fired.

New formula. Added soy. Smells awful and not as effective. Please go back to your previous formula.

Why is it so different from the 400 capsule
I changed from 400mg to 250mg because it is easier to swallow. The label on the 250 mg states - magnesium 250mg - only 60% as magnesium Oxide. My same brand bottle of 400 mg shows 95% from Magnesium oxide. I am reacting to the lower dose . I don’t know if it is the “other” unidentified 40% or that it is now in a red capsule.

Thanks for your review. The percentages you are referencing from the Nature Made Magnesium softgel labels are Daily Values, established by the FDA, and are used on food and dietary supplement labels. For each nutrient, there is one DV for all people ages 4 years and older. Therefore, DVs aren’t recommended intakes, but suggest how much of a nutrient a serving of the food or supplement provides in the context of a total daily diet. Nature Made Magnesium 250mg softgels contain 250mg of magnesium (as magnesium oxide) and Nature Made Magnesium 400mg softgels contain 400mg magnesium (as magnesium oxide) per 1 softgel serving. We recommend speaking with your personal healthcare provider. Your doctor can best advise you on the products that are most appropriate for you to take. Why did you add soy to this? I've been taking this for years, but when I got a bottle this month they were a different color. So I compared labels, and see you added soy. Now I can't take these...Looking into other brands..I wish companies would keep products the same, that work.

I take an hour before bedtime to help me sleep. Works like a charm. I do notice an odor, as others have mentioned, if I stick my nose in the bottle (but why do that?). However, an individual softgel out of the bottle isn’t stinky. There is not an unpleasant taste and they are easy to swallow.

Easy to take, does the job
I'm not a doctor or pharmacist, so talk to them about taking supplements before you buy this. I like NatureMade vitamins because they are tested and certified by an independent, legitimate regulatory body, USP. I trust them a lot more than other brands. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't irritate my stomach. A lot of mag is usually in these dusty tablets that I can't stand. There may be cheaper options on there, but the gel caps and USP certification are worth it.
